- you can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time

Deliveries.
Most parcels will be delivered by parcel force/ royal mail, a professional and well established trusted company. Each parcel will be traceable because of the unique bar code on each parcel which is scanned when it leaves us into the carriers system when they collect it. We are then able to trace any parcel using the Internet.
There must be someone to sign for the delivery at the delivery address, if no one is available a calling card will be left and the parcel taken to the local depot. The recipient of the parcel must then contact the depot to arrange re-delivery or collection.
We also send items using the Post Office's Special Delivery Service, this service is also traceable via the internet and requires a signature upon delivery.
